New Merchandise — Returns & Exchanges
New, unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be unused, in resalable condition, with original tags and packaging attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
Non-returnable items: clearance/final sale items, custom or personalized products, gift cards, opened consumables (tape, wax, adhesives, etc.), and any used merchandise or equipment.
Apparel Sizing
Unworn apparel with tags attached may be exchanged for a different size within 30 days. Items showing signs of wear, washing, odor, pet hair, smoke exposure, or damage are not eligible.
Used Equipment & Sticks
All used equipment and used hockey stick sales are final. Customers are encouraged to inspect used items before purchase. No warranty is expressed or implied unless stated in writing at the time of sale.
Manufacturer Warranties
Twig Revival does not provide an independent warranty on new merchandise beyond what the manufacturer offers. For products with stated manufacturer warranties (such as heated apparel, electronics, and battery-powered products — including batteries, chargers, and electronic components), Twig Revival will assist with warranty claims where possible but is not the warranty provider.
Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, contact Twig Revival as soon as possible. Items may be inspected before a replacement, refund, or warranty claim is processed. Twig Revival reserves the right to route claims through the manufacturer when applicable.
Stick Repair Warranty
When you bring your stick to Twig Revival for repair, you’re trusting us with equipment you depend on. We take that seriously.
We stand behind every repair we perform. If a repair we completed fails at the repaired area under normal playing conditions, bring it back. We will assess it and make it right. There is no hard deadline on this — we evaluate each situation on its own merits and err on the side of taking care of our customers.
What this warranty covers:
- Failure at or directly caused by the repaired area
- Delamination, cracking, or structural failure originating from our repair work
- Any defect in the materials or workmanship we provided
What this warranty does not cover:
- New breaks, cracks, or damage outside the repaired area
- Damage from impact, misuse, or abuse (slashing, cross-checks, blocking shots beyond normal play)
- Damage resulting from improper storage, heat exposure, or modifications made after the repair
- Normal wear over time on a previously damaged stick
Used sticks sold by Twig Revival: Where a repair was performed prior to sale, that repair is covered under this warranty. The repaired area will be noted on your receipt at the time of purchase. All other used stick sale terms remain in effect — the warranty covers our work, not the stick as a whole.
A note on repaired sticks: A repaired stick has been structurally compromised at some point in its life. Our repair restores it to functional playing condition, but it is not the same as a new stick. We are transparent about that — and our warranty reflects confidence in our work, not a claim that the stick is like new.
